SweetSpot started in 2009 with a simple aim: to give students the best places to live. Having been through the horrors of student halls ourselves, we were determined to buck the trend of bleak battery-farm corridors.
We know how the friends you make in the first year want to stick together. So we rent out homes to groups of 4 to 8 people, where they can make a home together. Because long corridors and anonymous doors don’t make for good communities.

Every SweetSpot home is furnished to the highest possible standards, with no corners cut. But it’s at a price that’s within many students’ (or parents’!) budgets. Everything’s managed online, which helps keep costs down and makes the whole process simpler. And we want you to know that we’re here for any queries, questions, issues or problems that might arise.
