Where are SweetSpot homes?

We have homes in Newcastle, NottinghamLiverpool and Cardiff. In general, we always pick homes near to the university, shops and what estate agents like to call ‘amenities’.

What properties do you have available?
What cooking equipment is supplied?

No cooking equipment is supplied but all SweetSpot homes come with a fully fitted kitchen including an oven and hob, a kettle, a toaster, a fridge/freezer and microwave oven.

Is bedding supplied?

We do not provide bedding but as a welcome to your new home gift we supply each bedroom with a mattress protector.

Is a TV provided? Do I need a TV licence?

All SweetSpot homes come with a TV and a licence so you don’t need to worry about any of that.

Where can I wash my clothes and bedding?

Each SweetSpot home has a washing machine and sometimes even a dryer.

Can I keep a fridge in my room?

Fridges are not permitted in bedrooms. Arrangements are provided in the kitchen to store chilled foods. If you have a medical condition which requires you to have a fridge in your room evidence of this must be provided for the manager.
