SweetSpot comes to Liverpool

We are pleased to announce the addition of five new SweetSpot homes in Liverpool. These homes are based in a converted old church in the heart of Wavertree. We are excited to offer these homes to students for the 2017-18 academic year.

Located near the ever popular Smithdown Road close to pubs, bars, and the bus service for lectures. It should make a great base for a fantastic university year.

We will be performing a refurbishment of these properties this summer 2017 so you will be in a beautifully newly renovated property. All bedrooms will have a double bed, a desk, and storage space, and every house will have a lounge and kitchen. Fibre-optic broadband is free, working from day 1 and is included in your rent as is a TV and TV licence.
